Launch Monitors

Golf Simulator Software Compatibility and Recurring Costs

Choose software after the launch monitor, computer and required membership are confirmed. GSPro has the clearest public support list at $250 a year; E6 hides current Home pricing, and Creative Golf pricing varies by monitor edition.

The expensive mistake is buying software from a broad compatibility claim. A launch monitor can appear on a software list and still require a separate manufacturer membership, a bridge app, a specific operating system or an entitlement sold through the hardware maker.

Last reviewed: September 2026. Review cycle: Every 90 days.

This guide lists only combinations established by current official software or hardware-company pages. If software is not listed under a monitor, no compatibility claim is made here. That keeps an unverified forum connector or old reseller page from looking equivalent to current vendor support.

Quick software comparison

GSPro Version 3

  • Public price observed: $250 per year plus tax.
  • Platform: Windows 10 or 11.
  • Outside that price: any required monitor plan, a compatible PC and any paid content outside the included community library.
  • Official source: GSPro's current pricing, system requirements and supported-launch-monitor list.

E6 CONNECT Home

  • Public price observed: Login required.
  • Platform: PC or iOS.
  • Outside that price: the exact plan price, monitor entitlement and optional content remain unconfirmed until login and model selection.
  • Official source: TruGolf's current E6 CONNECT plan and compatibility page.

Creative Golf Advanced

  • Public price observed: $200 per year before tax for the checked CaseVision edition.
  • Platform: Windows PC for that edition.
  • Outside that price: other monitor editions can have different prices or purchase routes, and a monitor-side plan may still apply.
  • Official sources: Creative Golf's current supported-devices page and its monitor-specific store listings.

The Creative Golf figure is a manufacturer-specific listing, not a market-wide price. E6 is not a zero-cost entry; its current public Home price was not established.

Verified compatibility by launch monitor

FlightScope Mevo+ and Mevo Gen2

  • GSPro: Confirmed. Both are on GSPro's official support list.
  • E6 CONNECT: Confirmed for the FlightScope ecosystem. FlightScope currently sells E6 plans and says Mevo Gen2 includes eight E6 courses. Check which entitlement comes with the exact device.
  • Creative Golf Advanced: Confirmed. Its current devices page names Mevo+ and Gen2.

Cost trap: FlightScope says its core hardware data has no mandatory annual fee, but choosing paid third-party simulation software still creates a separate software cost.

Garmin Approach R10 and R50

  • GSPro: Confirmed. R10 and R50 are both named on the official list.
  • E6 CONNECT: Confirmed only at brand level on the checked public page. TruGolf names Garmin, but does not expose the exact model list there.
  • Creative Golf Advanced: Confirmed. Its devices page names R10 and R50 and describes the R10 mobile connector requirement.

Setup trap: the Creative Golf page says R10 uses its free Garmin Connector app on a phone or tablet as a bridge to the PC. R50 connects through home Wi-Fi. Those are different connection paths despite the shared brand.

Rapsodo MLM2PRO

  • GSPro: Confirmed. Both GSPro and Rapsodo name the integration.
  • E6 CONNECT: Confirmed. Rapsodo's current product page names E6 CONNECT.

Cost trap: GSPro says MLM2PRO requires an active Rapsodo Premium Membership. Budget that monitor plan plus GSPro's $250 annual subscription, not either one alone.

Uneekor QED, EYE XO family and EYE MINI family

  • GSPro: Confirmed for named models. QED, EYE XO, EYE XO2, EYE MINI, EYE MINI LITE and XR appear on the official list.
  • Creative Golf Advanced: Confirmed. The current devices page names QED, EYE XO, EYE XO2, EYE MINI and EYE MINI LITE.

Cost trap: GSPro says an active Uneekor Pro Package is required. The $250 GSPro price is therefore not the complete annual software stack for these units.

Foresight GC3, GCQuad, GCHawk and Falcon

  • GSPro: Confirmed for named models. GC3, GCQuad, GCQuad Max, GCHawk and Falcon are on the official list.
  • Creative Golf Advanced: Partly confirmed. Its devices page names GC3, GCQuad and GCHawk, but not Falcon.

Cost trap: GSPro says GC3, GCQuad and GCHawk users must have FSX 2020 or FSX Play before GSPro access is allowed. Confirm the entitlement attached to a new or used unit.

Bushnell Launch Pro

  • GSPro: Confirmed. Launch Pro is on the official list.

Cost trap: GSPro requires a Launch Pro Gold subscription. At the separately captured current prices, Gold at $499 and GSPro at $250 produce a $749 annual stack before tax.

ProTee VX

  • GSPro: Confirmed. ProTee VX appears on the official support list.
  • Creative Golf Advanced: Confirmed. The current devices page names ProTee VX.

The shared ProTee name is not enough to assume that a current VX purchase includes or supports every older ProTee software product.

SkyTrak

  • GSPro: Not officially supported. GSPro says this directly in its current FAQ.
  • Creative Golf Advanced: Existing-license upgrade only. Creative Golf says it upgrades already-purchased SkyTrak one-time licenses, while SkyTrak no longer sells its third-party software.

This is the strongest warning in the matrix: old forum posts, videos or reseller pages can describe a path that a new buyer can no longer purchase.

Recurring-cost checklist

Before choosing software, write down all six lines:

  1. Software license: annual, one-time or unavailable to new buyers.
  2. Monitor membership: the plan required to expose third-party simulation.
  3. Computer: Windows version, graphics card, memory and connection method.
  4. Course or content packs: what is included and what renews separately.
  5. Connector or bridge: required mobile app, local service or hardware-vendor entitlement.
  6. Used-unit transfer: whether software and subscriptions follow the device or stay with the original account.

Do not treat an unlisted price as zero. Put quote or login required in the budget until the exact combination is confirmed.

Five-year examples

These are fixed-price scenarios, not forecasts:

  • GSPro alone: $250 x 5 = $1,250 before tax.
  • Bushnell Gold plus GSPro: ($499 + $250) x 5 = $3,745 before tax.
  • Checked Creative Golf CaseVision edition: $200 x 5 = $1,000 before tax, if the displayed annual price did not change.

The Creative Golf calculation applies only to the checked CaseVision edition. It must not be used as the price for Garmin, Uneekor, FlightScope, ProTee or Foresight editions without checking that edition's store page.

Use the 2026 cost source desk for the underlying GSPro and Bushnell observations, then put the software stack into the build calculator.

What to verify before paying

  • The exact monitor model, not just the manufacturer.
  • Whether the integration is official, community-built or no longer sold.
  • Whether a hardware membership is required for third-party data access.
  • Whether the software runs on the computer or tablet you own.
  • Whether an included license is permanent, trial, limited-course or annual.
  • Whether a used monitor can be registered and its software entitlement transferred.

Save a screenshot or receipt of the model-specific terms. Compatibility pages change, and a working integration today does not promise indefinite support.

Primary sources

Quick answers

Which golf simulator software works with the most launch monitors?

No current primary source supports one universal winner. At the September 2026 review, GSPro published the clearest exact list, with 31 officially supported models or families. E6 CONNECT said it supported more than 18 monitors but did not expose the full public model list on its current page.

Does GSPro work with SkyTrak?

GSPro's current official FAQ says SkyTrak is not officially supported. Do not treat a community connector as official compatibility or buy on that assumption without fresh confirmation.

How much does golf simulator software cost each year?

GSPro lists $250 per year. One current Creative Golf Advanced monitor-specific listing is $200 per year before tax, but that is not a universal price. E6 CONNECT requires login to see its current US Home price. Hardware-platform memberships can be additional.

Can I run golf simulator software on a Mac?

GSPro requires Windows 10 or 11, and the checked Creative Golf Advanced listing says Windows PC only. E6 CONNECT lists PC or iOS. Verify the exact software edition before buying a computer.
